In this paper the general objective was determine situation of Argentine universities: Problems, COVID-19, ICT & efforts. Methodology, in research, 36 documents have been selected, carried out period 2016 - 2021; including: scientific articles, review articles and information from websites recognized organizations. The keywords used searches were: universities, COVID-19 ICT. Results, universities many difficulties, like other Latin American universities. pandemic has reduced access to economic resources. However, are making efforts fulfill their social role. Conclusions, oldest university Argentina is National University Córdoba, founded 1613. Higher education primarily public, where direct entry offered students. professional careers preferred by students engineering, law administration. There also very internationally private Many struggling quickly set up virtual platforms, before classes start. difficult that country going through for several years, health emergency isolation due pandemic, paralyzed public activity. It important urgent strengthen adoption promote innovation.
